Accessibility statement

We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. It is the standard most accessibility laws and policies refer to, and it covers things like readable text contrast, keyboard access, clear form labels and captions on video.

The aim is to meet it on every page of this site. An outside firm has not audited the site, so we don't claim that every page fully conforms today. Accessibility is ongoing work for us, and we fix problems as we find them.

So far, the site has been built and checked to make sure:

• Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible outline showing where you are.
• Pages have a clear heading structure and a link to skip straight to the main content.
• Images that carry information have text descriptions.
• Text meets WCAG contrast ratios against its background.
• Every field on the quote form has a written label, required fields are marked, and any error is explained in words beside the field.
• Moving content can be paused, and animation stops when your device is set to reduce motion.
• Pages fit a phone screen and can be zoomed to 200% without losing content.

On top of that, an automated accessibility test checks every page each time the site changes. Automated tools only catch some problems, so we also review the site by hand and fix what that turns up.

These are the gaps we know about. We will update this list as each one is fixed.

• The customer portal overview video on the JetSet Advantage page doesn't have captions yet. Compliance Publishing made the video, and we are working to add captions. Until then, call us and we'll talk you through what it covers.
• The customer portal sign-in and the training inside it run on Compliance Publishing's own website, so we don't control how accessible those pages are. If you have trouble there, tell us and we'll help you get what you need.
